3 B, compared to bacterial pneumonia, influenza-like viruses identification was significantly associated with a better outcome (OR = 0.55 [0.34–0.89], p = 0.02), while influenza infection (OR 0.99 [0.72–1.36], p = 0.95) and other viruses (OR 0.97 [0.57–1.65], p = 0.91) did not reach statistical significance.
