The mean CWS of GTI showed a trend for lower toxicity in the SAR200 + 26W taper group at week 52 (52.8 [39.0] in the SAR200 + 26W taper group; 77.2 [41.7] in the SAR150 + 26W taper group, 73.0 [50.3] in the PBO + 52W taper group, and 84.7 [33.4] in the PBO + 26W group), although there was no difference noted between SAR200 + 26W taper and PBO groups at week 24.
