When comparing WT and 5xFAD mice, there was a trend for an increase in [ 3 H]amisulpride uptake into specific brain regions, whole brain homogenate and capillary pellet in the 5xFAD mice but this failed to reach statistical significance ( Fig 7A and 7B ).
