The lowest concentrations tested, 100 nM and 10 μM glyphosate, reduced the melatonin levels by 14% and 20%, respectively, but the differences did not reach statistical significance, while 50 μM glyphosate significantly reduced the melatonin secretion by 52% compared to the control group ( Figure 6 B) without affecting cell viability.
