Patients in the RATS group with pathological stage II disease showed a trend of better DFS compared to those in the VATS group, but the difference was not statistically significant (3-year DFS: 92.6% vs. 77.7%; 5-year DFS: 92.6% vs. 73.4%, p = 0.105) ( Table 2 , Figure 3 ).
