However, in our cohort there was a more heterogeneous response: 1/9 patient had a 47% decrease, 1/9 patient had minimal decrease of 2% (considered stable), and 6/9 had a > 10% increase in SUVmax at 1-week, highlighting patient variability in response to androgen receptor modulation and the need for larger cohorts to demonstrate a significant trend.
