In line with a faster appearance of GSC-enriched NS in FLAIR/CNI+ samples, we found a clear trend for FLAIR/CNI+ biopsies to generate stable primary and secondary NS (84.6 and 69.2%, respectively) with a better yield than FLAIR/CNI− biopsies (69.2 and 42.9%).
