Regarding the first CT evaluation and this new evaluation criteria, patients who achieved a molecular response showed a trend towards longer OS (median OS: 38.2 vs. 3.5 months); however, for PFS there was no significant difference (median PFS: 30.7 vs. 1.6 months) (Figure 5d ).
