In our study, using transcriptomic data from leaf samples of grapes at different temperatures, we identified four highly significant gene modules through WGCNA, and a total of 20 heat stress-responsive genes were discovered. qRT-PCR analysis revealed that the expression of VIT_04s0044g01430 , VIT_17s0000g09190 , VIT_01s0011g03330 and VIT_04s0008g05610 was higher in heat-tolerant materials than in heat-sensitive materials.
