As shown in Supplementary Figure 5 , the synaptic proteins NLGN1, STX1A, VAMP2, SYP, and SHANK3 were largely unchanged or showed a trend of reduction in total lysates of PFC and hippocampus from P301S mice at 3 months and 9 months, compared to age-matched WT mice ( n = 4/group).
