Notably, these changes did not reach statistical significance among infants and toddler cohorts ( p FDR = 0.143–0.48 in infants and p FDR = in toddlers, detailed p -values for each tract are listed in Supplementary Tables 2A,B ), whereas in adolescents, lower ED –5 were associated with ASD ( t = −3.346, p FDR = 0.047) and in adults, ED –5 in the left hippocampal aspect of the cingulum showed positive association to ASD ( t = 3.744, p FDR = 0.016) ( Figure 3 ).
