Our results show that the intraperitoneal administration of galgravin (40 mg/kg) suppressed the gene expression of IL-6, TNF-α, and iNOS in the lung tissue of LPS-challenged mice ( Figure 4 A–C), whereas the expression of CCL4, and CCL5 in the lungs only showed a decreasing trend after galgravin treatment ( Figure 4 D,E). 2.5.
