Patients with DM exhibited the highest cfPWV (9.9 ± 1.9 m/s), followed by those with impaired fasting glucose (9.1 ± 1.4 m/s), whereas patients with normal fasting glucose had the lowest cfPWV (8.3 ± 1.3 m/s), which demonstrated a significant trend.
