Significant or near-significant enrichment for genes regulated by Myc, DNA repair, mTORC1 signaling, PI3K–Akt–mTOR signaling and protein secretion in all three gene sets was found (Fig. 6b ), identifying these pathways as potential regulators of 5′-C transcript metabolism.
