Findings from mind–body interventions suggest moderate to large reductions in anxiety, burnout, and depression, and small to moderate decreases in PTSD as well as large increases in quality of life; however, many did not reach statistical significance, and all studies had some concerns or a high risk of bias ( Figure 6 , Table 2 ).
