However, they did not reach statistical significance in the ABER shoulder position, which is the most common position for dislocation. 21 Their result also demonstrated less inferior displacement in the 4-o’clock position compared with the 3- or 5-o’clock position ( P = .032). 21 However, the 3-o’clock graft position in their study was higher than the equator (3 o’clock), and the inferior end of the 5-o’clock graft position was placed between the 5- and 6-o’clock positions.
