The above data suggest that ovarian sex hormones do not significantly contribute to flurothyl seizure thresholds in WT or Scn2a E/+ mice. Scn2a E/+ females that underwent sham surgery had a distribution that did not reach statistical significance for non-unimodality, although it was still significantly different from WT controls as determined by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test comparing cumulative distributions ( Figure 1B , P= 0.0218).
