It is noteworthy that dNS1-RBD vaccination substantially decreased the incidence of some symptoms with grade 3 or above, which include fever, cough, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, headache, and chest tightness/shortness of breath, but most differences did not reach statistical significance due to the limited number of cases within each group ( Table S2 ).
