Interestingly, clinical anxiety was significantly more frequent in breast cancer and rare tumor patients (17.5% and 21.4%, respectively; p = 0.005); although clinical depression also tended to be more frequent among patients with rare tumors (14.8%) and head and neck (9.3%) or breast (8.4%) cancers, these differences did not reach statistical significance ( S1 Table ).
