Findings for BPA prophylaxis showed no reduction in ABR or AJBR for rFVIIa prophylaxis (generally administered 3 times per week) during ITI but showed a trend toward ABR reduction (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 0.68) and a significant AJBR reduction (aHR, 0.37; 95% CI, 0.18-0.77) for aPCC prophylaxis, which was administered twice daily for majority of the patients.
