At the SNUH, the gout group exhibited a tendency toward a higher risk for severe outcomes (HR, 2.90; 95% CI, 0.54–13.71) and mortality (HR, 1.35; 95% CI, 0.06–16.24) within 30 days following COVID-19 diagnosis, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
