Considering the PL emission intensity, we observe a clear trend of reduced PL intensity with increasing Ga content, which can be explained by a higher nonradiative recombination rate. 36 To investigate whether the functional structure on the NWs—including two n–i–p subcells connected by an Esaki tunnel diode—works as intended, we performed EBIC measurements.
