Under treatment with high concentrations of NAA (10 μM) and Dcaa (500 μM and 1 mM), the expression levels of ARF7 , ARF19 , IAA19 , and SAUR22 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing (Fig. 6a–c, e ), while the expression of LBD16 and SAUR24 genes increased over time (Fig. 6d, f ).
