The difference in the abundance of Flavobacterium , Lactococcus , Paracoccus , Prevotella , Pseudomonas , Psychrobacter , Streptococcus , Truepera and uncultured Chroococcidiopsaceae was not significant and the difference in the abundance of Acinetobacter , Aliterella , Bacillus and Rubellimicrobium was only marginally significant ( p values between 0.019 and 0.048) between the two environments (Table 1 ).
