The AD and RNFL PRSs showed a weak negative correlation in the entire cohort ( ρ = −0.019, p = 0.014); in the stratified analysis by cognitive status, the largest absolute correlation was observed among MCI patients ( ρ = −0.072, p = 0.0473), followed by non-AD dementia cases ( ρ = −0.049) and CH ( ρ = −0.026), while this correlation was positive in the ADD group ( ρ = +0.021), although it did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.13).
