High-dose (40 μM) BBT caused a significant reduction of the adhesion rate and resulted in tendentially less platelet interactions with the surface, but faster rolling and shorter distance traveled; however, these did not reach statistical significance due to the relatively large variability between individual experiments ( Supplementary Figure S4 ).
