A slightly significant difference could be observed in the case of SLN samples based on OA-loaded green IONPs obtained from Ocimum basilicum extract, which can be attributed to the fact that, in this case, the nanoparticles are agglomerated, and the oleanolic acid (OA) loads several nanoparticles that are attracted to each other by strong van der Waals forces, instead of a single nanoparticle.
