3.4 Simple Linear Regressions and Correlations Between Tau‐PET Signal and Cognition Simple linear regression between [ 18 F]MK‐6240 tau PET quantitative data and the global cognitive Z ‐score in the Aβ− population was slightly significant for the Braak ≤ 2 region ( R 2 = 0.13; p = 0.001), mostly driven by a few Aβ− uMCI and two FTD subjects.
There was only a slightly significant relationship in the area of relationship with one's co-workers (P<0.001, r: 0.24) ( Table 3 ).
