Although the association did not reach statistical significance, the duration of antibiotic therapy (per additional week) was slightly associated with suboptimal neurodevelopment with a 29% increase in risk for each additional week of antibiotic therapy (OR = 1.29, 95% CI [0.98–1.70]; p = 0.069; Table 3 ).
