However, in both ribociclib and chemotherapy arms, at the time of surgery gene expression signatures generally showed a trend towards significantly increased expression across immune signature classes, though differences are present with nonsignificant decreases in expression associated with interferon signatures, macrophage signatures, and MHC signatures post-ribociclib (Fig. 3 ).
