Effect of procedural complexity At a median follow-up of 494 days (Q1-Q3: 364-1,773 days), patients who underwent C-PCI had higher crude rates of MACCE (HR adjusted : 1.21; 95% CI: 1.01-1.44) and all-cause death (HR adjusted : 1.45; 95% CI: 1.15-1.83) compared with those who underwent non–C-PCI ( Figure 2 ), but the other adverse events did not reach statistical significance between the groups ( Table 2 ).
