Interestingly, we found that Syn1-Cre; Ghsr f/f mice spent less time to find the platform for the first time, spent more time in the target quadrant, and showed a trend of more platform crossings during the probe test ( Figures 2D–G ), suggesting that Syn1-Cre; Ghsr f/f mice have better spatial memory.
