We observed an obvious trend, that is, the mortality rate of the surgical treatment was significantly lower than that of the conservative treatment (17.6% (9/51) vs. 79.7% (59/74), respectively), which is similar to relevant literature, regardless of whether patients received craniotomy or minimally invasive surgery.
