16 Dupilumab’s effect in reducing exacerbations was consistent across groups with different levels of type 2 biomarkers; however, this reduction did not reach statistical significance in the group of patients with ≥3 prior exacerbations and blood eosinophil count ≥500 cells/μL (or in the group of patients with ≥2 prior-year exacerbations and blood eosinophil count ≥300 cells/μL), possibly due to the high severity of disease that would be expected in this population, 4 , 16 or due to the low number of patients.
