On day 6 post-wounding, there was a trend towards a higher percentage of CCR2+ cells in HFD mice compared to the ND controls ( p = 0.08, Figure 2 E,F); although this difference did not reach statistical significance, the trend was consistent with our observation by IVIS imaging.
