Patients in Cluster 4, who are characterized with the best clinical performances, have higher mean level of inflammation (as indicated by NLR and PLT markers) than patients in Cluster 1 (who have lower renal function and more CVD and worse metabolic indicators) but this difference did not reach statistical significance.
