No evident subgroups were observed when patients were clustered according to the anti-complement antibodies (Supplementary Figure S6). In ExhauCRF cohort, the “complement-rich” subgroup showed a trend toward higher TNM stages, Fuhrman Grade and shorter Progression-Free Survival (PFS) (Supplementary Figure S5B-D).
