Incubating Jurkat cells with 18:3ω‐3 significantly increased the amounts of 18:3ω‐3 (37‐fold), 20:3ω‐3 (16.6‐fold), 20:5ω‐3 (13‐fold), and 22:5ω‐3 (6.5‐fold), while the increment in 22:6ω‐3 (5%) did not reach statistical significance (Table 3 ).
