Importantly, we found that mmu-novel-CD-6 showed a trend of downregulation during myoblast differentiation by using both our NAP-seq profiles (Supplementary Fig. 11a ) and qRT–PCR analysis (Supplementary Fig. 11f ), suggesting that mmu-novel-CD-6 may play a functional role during myoblast differentiation.
