Although these differences did not reach statistical significance, they prompted us to consider certain details, including (1) variations in sample size included in the study, hierarchical classification of aneurysm location and size, and definition and measurement of the study endpoint and (2) inherent selection bias that cannot be completely avoided in retrospective real-world studies.
