The RNASeq results also showed that genes such as iron-regulated protein 3 ( IREG3 ), oligopeptide transporter 3 ( OPT3 ), and yellow stripe-like 6 ( YSL6 ) mostly showed a trend to increase their expression in both rootstocks under Fe deficiency conditions.
