Stratifying by all patients with PAD who had (n = 6) or had not (n = 58) received a bivalent SARS-CoV-2 vaccine at any time, we observed a trend toward higher neutralization of the Omicron BA.5 variant in patients with PAD who had received a bivalent vaccine, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (half-maximum effective concentration of each sample against the pseudoviruses [pNT50] = 366.5 vs 139.8 [ P = .5] [see Table E1 in the Online Repository at www.jaci-global.org ]).
