No significant difference in proliferation rates was observed between the parental and R20 or W20 in LIM1215 and SW48 cell clones (left and middle, Figure 1 E), even though R10 clones showed a trend of higher proliferation and W20 showed a slightly lower proliferation than the parental SW48 cells.
