Our meta-analysis indicated that trichorionic triplet pregnancies demonstrated a lower risk of prematurity before 37 weeks [OR = 0.51 95%, CI (0.25, 1.00)] and before 32 weeks [OR = 0.56 95%, CI (0.31, 1.00)], although these differences did not reach statistical significance [ 16 ].
