The FAAH−/−/PS19 mice showed a strong trend of a reduced freezing time in contextual trial 1, comparable to the PS19 mice, and showed a significant reduction in freezing during context trial 2, which is indicative of impaired long-lasting contextual memory ( Figure 8 A,B).
