Both mouse strains showed a trend toward a decrease in dendritic cells and macrophages; in particular, PTRMs and M2 macrophages were decreased, resulting in an increased M1/M2 macrophage ratio in both the GT and PRT, that is, a polarization shift of the macrophage population (Fig. 6d, e , Supplementary Fig. 26 ).
