Patients with high BTK expression on single-molecule fluorescence imaging tended to have a longer PFS (median PFS 5.2 months [95% CI, 4.5–NA]) than those with low BTK expression, but the difference did not reach statistical significance (median PFS 2.0 months [95% CI, 0.8–NA]; p = 0.055; Supplementary Fig. 6 ).
