Results: The spatial and temporal evolution analyses were constructed in Arcgis using the comprehensive evaluation measurements, and it was concluded that the quality of urban livability in Xinjiang showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing, and among the four first-level indicators, the ecological environment scored higher than the other indicators.
