Additionally, the analysis indicated that booster doses might be superior to a single dose regimen, exhibiting an efficacy rate of 88% and no heterogeneity ( I 2 = 0%), compared to an 81% efficacy rate with an I 2 of 30%, although the test for subgroup difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.40, Appendix Fig. 6).
