There was a trend towards improved progression-free survival for patients with mutations in at least 2 of the 3 most commonly mutated tumor suppressor genes (TERT, CKDN2A/B and TP53) with HR for progressions of 0.613 (95% CI 0.373–1.009, p = 0.054), although this did not reach statistical significance.
